Job Summary
Under general supervision and according to established objectives and
procedures, codes and abstracts cancer data, follows-up cancer patients
and performs long and short term audits.
Qualifications
Level of knowledge equivalent to that ordinarily acquired through
completion of an Associate's Degree in Medical Record Technology or
Nursing. Certification by the National Cancer Registrar's
Association. A minimum of five years Cancer Registry experience
preferred. CTR certification required.
